We did come and enjoy the music, food, people and the festival this weekend. It was awesome! The music was great, food was incredible and we left with a fistful of information and a gratifying feeling about being part of something good.
The Sirens have been playing together for a year now, just three close friends who met as students at the University of Victoria and now call Victoria home. Caroline Tanner on Banjo, Lisa Feeney on Mandolin, and Jamie Elliott on the guitar have a great time together creating harmonies and picking up new and different instruments and songs. Inspired by the local bluegrass music scene of Victoria, The Sirens are excited to be performing at the 2010 Organic Islands festival!
